Even with most of his subjects satisfied and thinking good of him, it still didn't stop him from questioning himself every night he woke up.
All the while. Those mysterious generators that he had received continued their work as part of the power line that powered the nation, contrasting greatly against the combustion facilities that surrounded them.

There just wasn't any way the Council could reliably plan for expansion with their current availability on resources, and the state of the market for basic resources hasn't changed since the last time.
