Head Paladin Cottonmaw is an imposing figure: a muscular unicorn mare, with an unavoidable stare. And yet, her voice is gentle and assuring. Motherly.
That's what the spirites claim, at least. And for ponies who practically feel nothing, even the foals, that says more than it should. If you message her now, odds are you'll be spending most of your time talking to one of her more world-savvy spirites than you will with her. There's not even an official way to meet her: a few have tried.
But, if you do right by Silverspire... well. Cottonmaw rewards her faithful.
